Roles and Duties:

  • Executes truck/trailer loading and unloading in compliance with management guidelines
  • Piles crates and parcels onto wheeled carts to check their mass
  • Pile up big items in assigned spot
  • Position the furniture in the designated space
  • In charge of keeping aisles and pathways clear and clean of any clutter.
  • Employ a calculator effectively to deduce or include tare weights from loaded product carts for the calculation of net weights
  • Note down the cart numbers, weights, and duration for unloading in the driver's route paperwork
  • Provide all essential information in the Savers Delivery Reports
  • Maintain a regular inventory count and document the stock levels in the warehouse and trailers in the correct format
  • Conducts examinations on forklifts to ascertain they meet Savers' guidelines and are in accordance with state laws concerning safety and operational standards.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as delegated, such as managing the upkeep of office spaces and washrooms
