Job Summary:

Motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about sports and possess experience in retail supervision are needed to oversee merchandising activities and enhance sales performance in a dynamic retail landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Your main focus should be on delivering outstanding service to customers.
• Manage and supervise the merchandising, operational, and administrative roles within specific departments.
• Manage and drive sales performance in selected product categories.
• Assist in the execution of opening and closing duties at the store.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in overseeing retail staff is essential.
• Proficient in sports merchandise, covering apparel, footwear, outdoor gear, fitness equipment, and other athletic essentials.
• The ability to merchandise products effectively is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated skill in providing excellent customer service.
