In the position of Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility is to help maintain the efficiency of our restaurants so that Dunkin keeps America moving. Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that each shift runs without a hitch and contribute to promotional activities at the local store level to boost revenue and profitability. Moreover, you will be actively involved in developing and guiding team members through training schemes and performance management strategies.
