Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and fostering meaningful connections with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment by engaging with residents and team members.
  • Encourage resident independence while providing necessary support and supervision.
  • Follow care plans and communicate any resident needs or changes to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for resident care.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting resident information.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility and fall recovery.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
